  1. The File Viewer window takes up the entire desktop except the menu bar area.
  2. As usual there is a CLOSE box in the upper left corner of the window.  Click 
  3. on this button or the EXIT button to quite the File Viewer.
  4.  
  5. Along the bottom of the window are buttons and controls for the File Viewer.
  6. They are:  Exit, Help, Print, Back one page, Choose a page to go to,
  7. Forward one page, Go to first page, and page information.
  8.  
  9. Click on Exit or the CLOSE box to quite the File Viewer.
  10. Clicking on HELP brings you to this help program.
  11. To print the file you are viewing, click on the PRINT button.
  12. Click on the icons that look like paper with arrows pointing left or right 
  13.         to go back or forward one page.
  14. Click on the icon that looks like a sheet of paper with a question mark on it
  15.         to go to a page of your choosing.  An information box pops up 
  16.         prompting you for a page.  Type it in the input box and press RETURN.
  17.         Then click on OK to go to that page.
  18. Click on GO TO FIRST PAGE to quickly return to page 1. 
  19. And, off to the right of these buttons is information about what page you are
  20.         on and how many pages there are.
